Event schedule: 4th July Thursday
The Japanese garden tour and the conference dinner will be held on 4th July (Thursday) at Tsuna-machi Mitsui Club, which was constructed in 1913, more than a century ago.

Japanese style garden tour (in Mitsui club): start from 17:00
The banquet room will be open at 17:45
Mini concert of popular music by string quartet in the banquet room:start at 18:00
The seated dinner will be started after the concert: at around 18:30 – 20:45

Dress code for Banquet
Male guests are required to wear jackets. Female guests are required to smart casual. Please note the following clothing items will not be allowed at any time.
Beach sandals and other similar footwear. Jeans, Yukata (a light summer kimono), T-shirts or collarless shirts.
*If you are attending to Excursion, there is no time to go back to your hotel since the bus goes to the Banquet venue straight. Please bring them with you onto the bus.
Additional Banquet
The Banquet is included in the fee for Regular participants, but not for Students or Accompanying Person. We hope you will participate with your friends and families, and would welcome all the attendees!
