Registration

For all presenters
For each presentation (oral or poster), the speaker must register before March 8, 2013. If not, the presentation will be considered as cancelled.

「On-line registration」

Registration fee to LU2013
The registration fee includes: attendance to symposium, book of abstracts, welcome reception, coffee breaks, symposium excursion and banquet.

Accompanying persons can also register for the excursion and for the symposium banquet on June 27. Please contact for details via lu2013@jsndi.or.jp before June 20, 2013.

Cancellation Policy
1.Registration fee will be refunded after subtracting JPY 10,000 for those who have registered but are unable to attend the symposium, if cancellation requests are received by June 4 (Tuesday), 2013.

2.The subtraction of JPY 10,000 is needed because of charge to process program editing work, and symposium service charge.

3.Partial refunds will NOT be made for any reasons.

4.No refunds will be made for requests received after June 4, 2013.
